The following rules have been designed for the safety and enjoyment of all our campers while visiting Whitetail Bluff.
We all enjoy a good time, but we must be respectful of others & use common sense. Follow all rules posted at activity areas.
1.All visitors must stop and register in the office before entering the Campground.
2.You must be 21 years old to make a reservation. You must be 21 years old to consume alcohol. 3.Underage drinkers will be asked to leave.
4.Smoking is allowed (those 18 years and older) outside the common areas.
5.Check in time is at 2:00 p.m. & check out time is at 12:00 Noon. Weekend reservations are a 2 night stay minimum & Holidays are a 3 night stay minimum.
6.The speed limit at the campground is 5 MPH
7.Enforced Quiet time is 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Loud Music & Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time of day or night.
8.Only one vehicle parked in parking area - per campsite, unless approved by Management.
9.All golf carts, bicycles and pedestrians are to use the roadways, please do not cut through the sites of others. Be respectful.
10.Fireworks, Firearms, and Explosives are not allowed in the Campground.
11.ATV’s, Dirt bikes, UTV’s, and all-terrain vehicles are NOT allowed at the Campground.
12.The Campground is NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries to our guests, nor the loss of money or valuables of any kind.
1.All Pets must be on a leash at all times with leash in hand.
2.All pet feces must be cleaned up immediately by the owner.
3.Pets must be quietly and non-aggressive, any Pet that causes a nuisance or endangers others will be asked to be removed immediately.
4.Campers must bring proof of rabies vaccination.
5.Pets are not allowed in the Cabins, Campground activity areas, or in any common buildings.
6.Pets are limited to 2 Pets total (Cat or Dog). No birds, rodents, rabbits, farm animals, or exotic animals. No animals maybe left at camp alone – no boarding.
1.Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children
2.No rock or sand throwing anywhere in the Campground.
3.Children under 14 must be supervised and accompanied at the Campground activity areas; Pond, Pool, Trails, Jumping Pillow, Playground. Day visitors must be 16 or accompanied by an adult.
4.Children must be at a campsite by 9:00 p.m. and need to be supervised there.
5.No bicycling after dusk.
IV. Swim Pond, Beach Area, Pool, & Trails
1.Pool, Pond, Beach, & Trails close at dusk & remain closed while dark.
2.No diving, no flipping, diving, or jumping off inflatable. Do not swim under inflatables.
3.No glass or debris on the beach or near the water
4.No Pets allowed on the beach or in the water.
5.No rock or sand throwing
6.No fishing – there’s no fish in the swim pond
7.NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swimming is always at your own risk, and children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent.
8.No horseplay allowed.
1.Do not remove fire rings.
2.Only burn fire wood in your fire.
3.Do NOT bring in outside firewood to the campground, to avoid spreading tree pests & diseases.
4.Fires must always be attended to by an adult and must be kept lower than knee high.
5.Fires must be extinguished before abandoning it. Do not go to bed with a lit fire.
6.Do not cut through campsites, Fire Pit injuries can be dangerous.
7.Clean up your fire pit, please recycle and dispose of garbage.
1.Please separate garbage & recycle in the appropriate locations.
2.All garbage is to be placed in Garbage bags and put in the dumpster near the exit.
3.The dumpster is only for disposing of bagged campground trash. Do not throw away large items or electronics. 4.Fees are imposed for not following this rule.
5.Clean up your sites properly for the consideration of all our campers.
VII. Camping Units
1.Never dump any waste water directly on the ground. It’s the law to contain Grey Water and to dispose of it at the dumping station
2.Be sure to have your camping unit properly hooked up to Septic or dumping station.
3.Do NOT place any Wipes, paper towels, tampons, into the holding tank or waste system. Septic systems can not contain these items.
1.Boats and Boat trailers are not to be parked at campsites.
2.Campsites are allowed one vehicle parked at their campsite, displaying a parking pass, in the parking area – NOT in the grass.
3.Other parking arrangements must be approved by management.
IX. Day Guests & Visitors
1.Must stop at the Office and Register.
2.Day Guests must follow all campground rules.
1.Check-in at 2:00 p.m. & Check-out at 12:00 Noon Early Check-in Extended Check-out must be approved by Management (Fees may be applied)
2.Cash cleaning deposit of $50 paid at check-in, and it will be returned at check out if the Cabin is not left dirty. Any damage in excess of that will be billed to Campers.
3.No Pets allowed
5.Bedding & Dishware are not provided, so please plan accordingly.
XI. Golf Carts
1.Only Seasonal Campers and Handicap guests may have an insured Golf Cart at the Campground.
2.Drivers must possess a valid Driver’s License.
3.The speed limit is 5 MPH. No driving any vehicle without headlights after dusk.
4.Golf cart passengers may ride on the Golf Cart seats only in accordance with manufacture recommendations.
5.Golf carts must remain on appropriate roads. Keep them off the grass and campsites. They shall remained parked from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.
6.Please stay off neighboring properties, including the subdivision Whispering Highlands.
XII. Be Respectful
Safety is our number one priority. So please follow the rules. Anyone whose conduct is offensive or disorderly to other campers, residents, management or employees, will be required to leave the premise or restricted to their campsite. Management will make the final decision in an instance of offensive behavior. If this occurs and an individual refuses to leave, local authorities will be summoned, and trespassing charges will be filed. The individual may also be banned from the Campground, as the Campground is Private Property.
Campers must follow all state, county, and federal law. Authorities will be contacted to investigate illegal activities including; vandalism, disturbances, and drug use. If Police or Sherriff respond to a location for illegal activity, the Campground reserves the right to cancel the Seasonal Agreement or have over-night campers leave. No refunds are given in these situations.
Campground reserves the right to make any new rules or changes to rules as needed,
Violators of these rules will be asked to leave the campground without refund.
